Designed by world-renowned designer Peter Opsvik, the HÅG Capisco allows the user to move freely from one position to the next, encouraging oxygen flow throughout the body.

With a multitude of seating possibilities, you're sure to find comfort sitting either sideways, backwards, or front on. The saddle seat can be adjusted between low and high working positions, all the way up to a standing position, enabling you to be more dynamic in your movements while still sitting in a balanced position. The seat gives you an upright sitting posture and a natural curvature in you lower back. Perfect for shifting between sitting and standing with a height-adjustable desk.

Adjustable seat height, seat depth, back height, backward tilt tension, lockable tilt and optional adjustable headrest, it is a highly ergonomic task chair.
