What Commitment Means to Us.
Commitment can mean long days and we do them...
I took this photo a little before 10PM a few weeks back as I was leaving our office at Murarrie. Even with the brightness of the street lights you could still see lots of stars in the night sky and I paused for a moment or two to reflect on what commitment means.
The week before this picture was taken, to help a client out, four of our team worked back till quite a bit later in their day, helping get over 140 pieces of furniture into a client's space after 10PM at night - just to ensure the client would be able to use the space from 6AM the next morning.
This is a regular thing for the Offiscape team and I couldn't be prouder of the old fashioned commitment to customer service. We can't get it right 100% of the time, but I'm surrounded by people who consistently inspire me in their willingness to go the extra mile, or 100, to get it done. If it's humanly possible they will absolutely make the effort.
In a world where it's increasingly difficult to find people who care ... I'm super grateful for those who believe in the culture of 'genuinely helping people'. At the end of the day when we live that ethos, each day (& night when we have to) and see the appreciation in our clients' faces ... it makes it all worthwhile.
