Jason Mark


Jason continues a family legacy that now spans 36 years’ service in commercial furniture and an unbroken line in the business ownership.  Having personally handled over 30 million dollars in furniture supply and worked on projects which total hundreds of millions, to this day Jason maintains a direct involvement with many of the company’s historical clients.

Jason’s passion is to give our clients the benefit of his extensive experience and ensure that quality, fit-for-purpose furniture is supplied to suit each site.  Meeting budgets and timeframes ensures client satisfaction..

Over the past 20 plus years Jason has developed comprehensive, expert knowledge in multiple areas of our field including custom joinery, commercial fabrics, furniture design, project installation and a host of associated product areas.  Jason has worked on projects from downtown Brisbane to multiple locations across Australia and also sites offshore.  Jason has worked with a wide variety of clients involved in commercial furniture selection & procurement.

Jason has studied business and ergonomics. He has trained in industry environmental policy, product stewardship programs and has been recognised as a furniture specialist & consultant in legal cases and product reviews.

Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips has vast experience in the commercial furniture field and has worked on a wide variety of projects and clients.  Paul is a dedicated Key Account Manager. He is also part of the Offiscape ‘think tank’ program on product development that ensures fit-for-purpose furniture and bespoke solutions are also achieved. One of our senior and most respected managers Paul is a great asset to the Offiscape team.

Also a director of the company Marlene has been in the industry for over 20 years and has key administrative responsibilities. While Marlene is mother to 3 girls and supports other community efforts, her role is crucial back-up to the frontline team and is an example of the depth of experience and support our corporate team can boast.

Teresa is a key member of the company’s finance and accounts team.

Ensuring that invoicing and paperwork are handled appropriately for our clients and our administration generally. It is a vital element in a stable operation and like the rest of the senior team Teresa has considerable industry experience.

Madeleine McLean

Maddie joined the Offiscape team in 2015 during the development of the new collaborative showroom.  Maddie is a third year interior design student who now coordinates our studio – showroom space in the ever-changing mix of product and display concepts.

Featuring the latest commercial furniture offerings but also flooring, lighting, acoustic & audio visual solutions plus office technology products all available to view … Maddie assists with presentations and demonstrations.  Maddie has a key role in managing the brand furniture supported by Offiscape through the international Meta Alliance

Maddie also helps facilitate the large stable of sampling product that is made available for client reviews.

Anton Sjödin

As the Scandinavian Business Seating brand manager based at Offiscape, Anton provides total dedication to the Nordic ranges of HAG, RH & RBM & now the newest range in the SB Seating line up – BMA.

Anton harks from a Swedish company that has an exceptional eco-friendly philosophy and strongly endorses the quality of the Scandinavian seating brands (which have an exceptional life cycle that in due course makes refurbishment and recycling feasible and popular).

Senior Installer/Site Co-Ordinator

Viv has been working on our installation sites for a good many years. With so much experience and so well known to many of our established clients it is not surprising that Viv is now our Senior Installer and Site Co-ordinator.

As part of the diverse services that Offiscape provides Viv has become multi-skilled and now handles installations of a variety of new workstation systems, reconfigurations of existing workstation and screen installations, fitting work and even a range of furniture service & maintenance areas.

If you need the right capability for something to get done professionally and reliably, Viv and his team will see to it.

Steve is our BSA representative and an experienced cabinetmaker who knows the importance of safe work methods.
